These general terms and conditions (AGB) apply to all orders that consumers and entrepreneurs via our online shop on the website https://shop.sauer-systems.com make. Consumer is every natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes who, mostly, cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB). The entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when the legal transaction is concluded (§ 14 BGB).

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online product presentation. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of your order is confirmed by email immediately after sending the order and does not yet represent a contract acceptance. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivery of the goods within five days.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros and contain the statutory VAT. In addition to the prices specified, we charge shipping costs for delivery. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs from the offers and under the menu item "Shipping and delivery".

4. Payment conditions

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

5. Delivery conditions

Unless otherwise stated. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery period is approx. 2–7 working days from the conclusion of the contract. We will inform you immediately in the event of delivery delays.

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the legal right of withdrawal. A detailed cancellation policy and a sample cancellation form can be found under the menu item "Right of withdrawal".

8. Warranty and liability

The legal warranty rights apply. For entrepreneurs, the warranty period for new goods delivered by us is 12 months.
Claims for compensation are excluded unless there is a case of intent or gross negligence or it is a violation of life, body or health.

We are not obliged and are not ready to take part in a dispute settlement procedure in front of a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final provisions

If individual provisions of this contract are ineffective, the contract remains effective. Instead of the ineffective provision, the relevant legal regulations apply.
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN sales law. The place of jurisdiction is - if permitted - the seat of our company.
